How do i edit the top menu?

hey guys I was wondering how can i add more things to the top menu of my site? I don't know which file to edit, I've done it before, but now I've forgotten.

also how can i change/add the " call us now: number " part?

That call us part should be blockcontact.tpl on the other side it should be blockuserinfo. But it any case you can add new modules there by hooking to hookDisplayNav
