soohan Posted April 27, 2014 Share Posted April 27, 2014 PS 1.6.0.6 I cannot change my email in Preferences>Store Contacts. It prompt updated successfully. But when I refresh the page, the email change back to the previous email. What should I do? I there is not solution, can I know where this data is store in database? I will change it manually. vekia Posted April 27, 2014 Share Posted April 27, 2014 you need to check ps_configuration table in your back office for potential duplication of field which stores information about shop email. so, open phpmyadmin database manager, go to ps_configuration table and search for field named ps_shop_email make sure that it's not doubled there. if it is - remove second entry.
