[SOLVED] Adding marquee below top horizontal menu

I just want to add a marquee below the Top horizontal menu which is used to display some conditions to the customers.. How it is possible?

Open themes/yourtheme/header.tpl and find this code:

<div class="container">
    <div class="row">
        <div id="header_logo">
            <a href="{$base_dir}" title="{$shop_name|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}">
                <img class="logo img-responsive" src="{$logo_url}" alt="{$shop_name|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}"{if $logo_image_width} width="{$logo_image_width}"{/if}{if $logo_image_height} height="{$logo_image_height}"{/if}/>
            </a>
        </div>
        {if isset($HOOK_TOP)}{$HOOK_TOP}{/if}
        <marquee behavior="slide" direction="left">Your slide-in text goes here</marquee>
    </div>
</div>

and change to this:

<div class="container">
    <div class="row">
        <div id="header_logo">

the other thing:

use free module like content box or html box free and paste code to the "dispalyTop" hook

you can use code that dioniz suggested above:

        <div class="col-xs-12">
            <marquee behavior="slide" direction="left">Your slide-in text goes here</marquee>
        </div>

Content box module does not supports HTML Tags.. But Html box works fine..
