elyo-luk Posted April 24, 2014 Share Posted April 24, 2014 Hello, I'm using Prestashop 1.6.0.5. I'm trying to upload a videos to a product, uploading it by the filemanager. I can upload it and selecting it to appear on the product page. The problem is that the video can't be played. It appears like the image attached. Any ideas? Thanks! I tried on Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera. does this video work when you turn it on on desktop? What do you mean? The video works perfectly on desktop, and I can download it properly. vekia Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 strange, so it looks like you've got some problems with media player plugin. perhaps you use some other plugins in your browsers to block some contents? for example addblock? is there any chance to see it live somewhere? then we will test it on various browsers and OS.
