sodypop Posted April 24, 2014 Share Posted April 24, 2014 When I try to login to my Admin Panel I receive this message below: There is 1 errorEmployee does not exist or password is incorrect. I then request a password reset to be emailed and the email does not arrive. I tried to go in through my hosting company and gain access via PHPMyAdmin. Once I get to that spot, I am asked for a user name and password. Same Issue there. I am unable to enter the Cookie Key because I can't get past the login.
