Customization?

The customization tool allows you to make color and font changes in your theme.

 

When using the customization tool, we are supposed to be able to change the color in the theme, but it is not working, at least not for me. It only changes some of the fields, but not the background.

 

In fact, when it loads the front office, it flashes the chosen color just for half second, and then reverts to the white stuff.

 

Can anyone help?

can you clarify what you mean by customization tool ? about what part of website you're talking?

When you are in the back office, and use the "My Shop" (Upper right corner), the system opens a  version of the front office with a special button on the left side that opens this "Customization tool"

 

Allegedly, you can change the color and font, and Save your options.

there is only tool to select font family, 

 

i dont see any tool to change color of the font + font background

I never mentioned to change the font color, just the color theme, the background.

 

In that tool you showed, if we click on the COLOR THEME it opens 8 different options, and then you can save the one you want.  Not working...

sorry for the confusion,

due to the text you attached i thought that you want to change font background and color.

 

this configurator doesnt change the backgrund only colors of some elements like menu, buttons.

so, basically everything work as it should work.
