converting .tpl files to html

I bought a prestashop template from themeforest.com

 

I do not use any ecommerce script like prestashop or magento.

I write my own code in .NET 

 

Does it possible to use prestashop templates as a pure html 

do we have any chance to convert .tpl files to pure html or like this

there is some possibility

 

1) install your prestashop 

2) install your theme

3) then open your shop page

4) right click > save page as 

5) EFFECT: you've got html version of your template
