aaronm Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 Hi, I've searched google for a solution for this, but couldn't find anything that worked. I tried the update backlayer module from Benjamin Utterback, which didn't work. My product page loads fine but when I try to go to page 2 it loads forever. This also happens when selecting a Layered Navigation module filter. This does not happen when I do a search for a keyword tag. I can go from page to page fine (the layered nav does not appear with the keyword search results so I'm not sure if that works). I can also load "Show All". I am getting a 500 internal error for the blocklayered-ajax.php. I'm using the the default theme of 1.6 with some slight changes. Settings: Smarty Never recompile template files: Selected Cache: Yes CCC Smart cache for CSS: Yes Smart cache for JavaScript: Yes Minify HTML: Yes Compress inline JavaScript in HTML: Yes Compress inline JavaScript in HTML: Yes Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

dioniz Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 I think it has something to do with Layered navigation module. I don't have that problem so it's hard to say what could that be. aaronm Posted April 10, 2014 Author Share Posted April 10, 2014 Oh, and when I mean work (for anyone with the same problem), I mean that disabling the Layered Navigation module stops the forever loading of the other pages of a product page. Even though the page links now work (when the Layered Nav is disabled), the "show all" does not show more than the number set in the products preferences. The shop I am working on uses the 1.6.1.5 Prestashop version, and it has over 6000 product features. When I click on Layered Navigation filter, everything freezes and endless loading icon appears, like you can see below: http://screencast.com/t/wimcOIlTHQ Do you have any idea why is this happening, and how can we fix it? PS: the shop will have 40 or 50.000 products, wen it will be completed. We have found the solution: had to change the server PHP version from 5.6 to another (5.4 or 5.5 or 7).
