Aledi Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 Hello, I've just finished building my new store in Prestashop 1.6. I own a digital goods store, so billing/delivery address is not needed at all. I've been able to disable Prestashop asking for address on registration, but when the user is going to checkout, it keeps asking for billing/delivery address. I have tried disabling the countries and states on Localization, with no success. I just want it to skip to the payment method selection, without asking for a billing/delivery address. subaru4wd Posted December 10, 2014 Share Posted December 10, 2014 I need to be able to do this. Our store will ONLY ship to the verified address on our customers paypal account. The option for them to choose a delivery address is adding confusion... and they get mad when their order doesnt make it to them. WHere can I go to remove this entirely? I do not want them to be able to add extra addresses to their account. I don't even want them to specify a billing or delivery address. I am using Prestashop 1.6 1 step checkout process. w2opma Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 The same here, I have some virtual products in my shop, IF (and only IF) a customer buys only virtual products, there is absolutely no need to enter delivery address, but I can't figure out where to remove this?I also created a new carrier "with no shipping" feat. free shipping, still no changes.What .tpl and .php files should I address to achieve that?
