Paypal issues on Pretashop 1.6.0.5 (to many issues to work with)

there are too many layout and other issues on the paypal module on Pretashop 1.6.0.5.

 

issues:

 

there is no paypal button showing under add to chart. it is in the end of the product page.

the button for payment is to the right of the page, outside the table.( for mobile

le phones)

 

There are many browser compatibility issues; firefox dont show some buttons ie shows...

 

also when the paypal module is enabled, the voucher part of  the checkout page cannot be seen.

 

IT SEEMS THAT MODULE IS NOT READY FOR PRESTASHOP 1.6

 

Can you suggest another module to use paypal...

the paypal section of the forum in all honsety is a mess.  Most moderators are probably using paypal module they loaded years back so we tend to not help much there.  Then add on fact that it's a bee hive topic,  people post what they think are similar issue on existing thread that is already pages long...ave maria

 

In general I always push folks to PayPal Europe module if they are using usa module.

 

Because ps developers are quickly reacting to 1.6 forge reports (it's not a bug if no forge report), they 1) know there is an issue as they don't often participate in forum 2) may have already fixed it or 3) fix it fast.

 

so open a bug report

but if you use paypal usa, for the' Advanced paypal method, then it would be good guess it does for eu version...there is not much difference between the two but fewer people have problem with eu version.
