ajensen27
Hello, So I'm getting it all the time from my customers that they aren't receiving their order confirmation emails and sometimes when I'm replying to a ticket. It's not happening to everyone but enough to make me concerned. I ask them to check their spam folders and they say they don't see it in their either. I've checked our IP address against the RBL's (http://www.anti-abuse.org/) and we aren't blocked on any lists. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? Thanks! ajensen27
Anyone have any input on this? I even turned on the function to send order confirmation emailes for each order placed to my own email address and I'm not even receiving all the order confirmation emails. Very strange. NemoPS
What's your hoster? I've seen this frequently happening on godaddy, for example

NemoPS
Hm I don't know that, is there a chance you can check email logs on the server and see if they were sent out at least?
inweb
Are you sure they are not being sent? Did you check your Spam folder?
ajensen27
Hello... Yes, they are going out. And not, customer are saying they are not in their spam folders. The other day I paid $20 and added our domain to www.emailreg.org . Hopefully that will help. Or could it be something with Prestashop?
ajensen27
Would any of these triggers be causing spam filters to filter out our emails? I'm using pretty much the basic email templates that came with prestashop but just changed around the coloring a little and added a "like us on facebook" image to the bottom of the email. http://blog.mailchimp.com/most-common-spam-filter-triggers/

El Patron
look on your hosting account (vps and above) mail queue to see if sitting there.... look in your hosting error log to see if error is being issued at time email should have been sent... contact the hosting company (tell them PS is sending) but you don't know what is happening to it, they can be of great help. good luck
karthiiiiiiiiiik
Kindly try to send a test mail from the shop.......... to any one of our email id. check you are receiving the test mail.... If all this work fine you need to contact your hosting provider to see the mails are send out from their server.
