Customers not receiving emails

Hello,

 

So I'm getting it all the time from my customers that they aren't receiving their order confirmation emails and sometimes when I'm replying to a ticket. It's not happening to everyone but enough to make me concerned. I ask them to check their spam folders and they say they don't see it in their either. I've checked our IP address against the RBL's (http://www.anti-abuse.org/) and we aren't blocked on any lists.

 

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Hello... Yes, they are going out. And not, customer are saying they are not in their spam folders.

 

The other day I paid $20 and added our domain to www.emailreg.org . Hopefully that will help.

 

Or could it be something with Prestashop?

look on your hosting account (vps and above) mail queue to see if sitting there....

 

look in your hosting error log to see if error is being issued at time email should have been sent...

 

contact the hosting company (tell them PS is sending)  but you don't know what is happening to it, they can be of great help.
