giallofanatic Posted March 26, 2014 Share Posted March 26, 2014 Hi I have an issue with the blockproductscategory module which displays the 'other products in this category' carousel on product listings. For some reason it only displays on certain product pages but not others. Even products shown in the carousel on one page if you go to that product it won't have the carousel showing there. Please see http://www.lust.co.uk/testsite/star-wars/1466-darth-vader-clock.html here it works yet click on any of the products in the carousel like this http://www.lust.co.uk/testsite/star-wars/1357-star-wars-r2-d2-tinned-mints.html and the carousel doesn't show yet they are set to the same category. This is all over the store, some work some don't, checking on my live site still running prestashop 1.5 and this works fine. Does anyone have an answer for this as could do with this module working correctly. I have cleared the cache under preformance and have tried it with Recompile templates if the files have been updated and Force compilation switched on also with cache on and off and it's the same result. omine Posted June 10, 2014 Share Posted June 10, 2014 For me working well but have random issue.. Sometimes display the list of products but normally displays 1 by 1. Screenshot: *The images and names was blurred for website privacy. PrestaShop 1.6.0.6 The theme compatibility is 1.4 to 1.5, but all others pages working well.. somits1 Posted January 5, 2015 Share Posted January 5, 2015 Hello There, I am also facing related issue, using prestashop 1.56 English version, my site is http://slmobileprice.com In my site on Backend, Save button, Save and Stay Button, Preference - Theme, Configuration Information and more option not working giving white screen error and sometime giving 500 Internal Server Error. And also some product is not saving in new category , some product only showing in default category. for example i have Created new Category Track Suit and also uploaded 5 products in men' track suit but only 1 product is showing on Category Track Suit - Check here - http://slmobileprice.com/index.php?id_category=193&controller=category Please help me to solve the issue.
