sderooy Posted March 25, 2014 Share Posted March 25, 2014 (edited) Okay, we are about to launch a new website in Australia and are going to use Prestashop, using the same template, contents, etc as our partner’s website in Europe. They have provided us with their back up file (incl. msql file), but the website will be managed by us. I started from scratch, but need your help to get this site up and running as I can’t get it to work. This is what I have done so far: Copied all files from back up folder, using FTP, into public.html folder Imported the msql file to create the database Edited the settings.inc file to match the database (server name, login name and password) Edited the config file to change the shop domain from .com into .com.au Loading the website only shows a white page and can’t login into the back office either. The only thing, after going to our website, the partner's website coming up in the address bar, so the .com instead of the .com.au. Where can I change that?
