I recently upgraded my prestashop to 1.6 and now I can't login to my prestashop it's telling me that my email is invalid I contacted prestashop and they told me the only way I could get help was to pay for technical support is there any way someone can please help me with this. Rich Girl Posted March 24, 2014 Author Share Posted March 24, 2014 1.5 I logged in on another browser changed my password and it let me in then I logged out tried to log back in it wouldn't let me back in so I opened it on another browser did the same thing now I'm in again changed my password again but I'm afraid to log back out. Rich Girl Posted March 25, 2014 Author Share Posted March 25, 2014 I opened up a different browser I was previously using google chrome then I selected the option to change my password I then was able to login and change my password I can login using Internet Explorer and Fire Fox but I still can't login on google chrome.
