khodari Posted March 22, 2014 Share Posted March 22, 2014 First when I tried to upgrade from version 1.5.2.6 to the latest version 1.6.0.5 through 1-click upgrade, I got an error message from the Ajax server who could not download. Today, I used the advanced option to upgrade from local archive after uploading the zip file. However, this did not finish the backup stage. I got the following error: [Ajax / Server Error for action backupFiles] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:" " jqXHR: " " My hosting company is 1and1.
