Invalid token (sofort.com) bei bezahlvorgang

Servus,

 

ich bau mir gerade einen Prestashop auf. Ich habe als Bezahlsystem Sofort.com gewählt. Wenn ich das jetzt teste dann bekomme ich beim Bezahlen beim ersten klicken immer eine weiße Seite mit:

 

"SOFORT Überweisung Error: (invalid token)"

 

Wenn ich jetzt auf zurück drücke und es nochmal versuche funktioniert es einwandfrei.

I have exactly the same problem, sofort banking token error.

Sofort says its my problem and that i have a not integrated the module or made a mistake.  When i look at the settings everything is ok and sometimes it works fine...  Did you got a solution?

well i had the problem that the paying solutions were hidden if the "terms of use" weren't checked.

that led to the problem that the link to sofort.com doesn't have a token.

my work around is to go back to the 5-step-checkout instead of the 1-page-checkout

Selbes Problem hier bei uns!

 

Wir verwenden den OPC und dabei tritt dies nur auf wenn der Kunde eine Gastbestellung tätigt.

Bei angemeldeten Kunden ist alles super, da diese schon einen gültigen Token haben.

 

Das Problem scheint dabei zu liegen, das die Daten vor der Erstellung eines Tokens mit dem Klick auf das Zahlungsmodul übergeben werden. Durch den Klick zurück hat er dann den Token und kann plötzlich die Zahlung verarbeiten.

 

Bei dem Paypal-Modul funktioniert dies scheinbar etwas anders, bzw. sieht es so aus als ob Paypal die Token anders generiert/verarbeitet.

 

Hab heute mit Sofort telefoniert und die schauen mal ob Sie eine Lösung für dieses Problem finden, da sie nun wissen, an welcher Ecke sie suchen müssen.

We use the OPC and it only happens if a customer chooses the guest checkout.

Logged customers can purchase without error, cause I think they have a valid token.

 

The Problem I think is that the data is processed before a token is generated on click at the payment module. If you click back PS will find the send token and can process the captured data/payment.

 

In the paypal module it seems like there is another way of processing tokens.

 

I've had a call with SOFORT and they'll look for a solution, cause now they have a idea where to look at.

Sofort has looked into my account and it seemed that i miscopied some settings in the wrong place.  For me it all worked again by rewriting the permission codes from so fort back office into the prestashop Sofort module.

Is there a testing environment in sofort payment gateway like the one in paypal sandbox environment? I wish to create a test sofort customer account with test bank account details. Is it possible? Please help.
