Our Prestashop site is showing this error (Invalid token: direct access to this link may lead to a potential security breach)" everytime we want to access several sections, such as create a product, view products, etc. This is the current version we are using Prestashop 1.7.3. This is a clean installation we installed a few days ago.

Hi Guy's, I have installed the latest version of PS i.e., 1.7.7.8 with PHP v7.4 and now all of a sudden have started getting Warning message "Invalid token: direct access to this link may lead to a potential security breach.", on several of my sessions when accessed in the back office. Can someone please guide me how to get rid of this or what causes this? and a way to fix it. Thanks!

Hello, I am having problems with guest checkout and a payment module (sofortbanking). If I try to checkout as guest the module says that the token is invalid. I already contact the module developers and they told me that it is a prestashop problem and a token should be generated for guest users as well. Servus, ich bau mir gerade einen Prestashop auf. Ich habe als Bezahlsystem Sofort.com gewählt. Wenn ich das jetzt teste dann bekomme ich beim Bezahlen beim ersten klicken immer eine weiße Seite mit: "SOFORT Überweisung Error: (invalid token)" Wenn ich jetzt auf zurück drücke und es nochmal versuche funktioniert es einwandfrei. vielen dank mamolx

Hi i took the cron over on my server and i entered the cron command however when i receive my cron email i get this just curious why i was getting the invalid token. I did remove the quotes from the command just fyi. Also cant i just use php -q do i have to use curl? i really dont want to receive an email every time this goes off so i would like to use a quiet option for curl if there is one. thanks

Hi, I am new to all this, and am finding it really good to use. But I have now come to validate parts and when adding an address in the My Account section of the front end, I get an 'Invalid Token' error and not a lot else of information! I don't know if it is to do with my Country settings and address format so have attached an image if that helps.

Hi. I use prestashop vers. 1.5.4.1. After Installing - deinstalling the google analytics module my order process isn't possible any longer. Order as a guest doesn't work any longer, payment options aren't shown any longer and by registration I got the error message 'invalid token'. Before installing (I just installed to see what informations are given) and deinstalling the google analytics module everything worked fine. What to do know? I need your help urgent. THANKS adeep

Zdravím, při registraci nového zákazníka na eshopu: http://www.lzs.cz, když dám uložit adresu vyskočí chyba "Neplatný token", viz příloha. Vůbec nevím co tu chybu způsobuje. Používám Prestu 1.5.4.0 Díky za rady

Hi! I've got a problem with new customers registering to my e-store. When a new visitor first time registers to my e-store, he's redirected to his account page, but soon after he clicks on the logo or tries to see a product to buy it, he receives this on-screen message box: "Invalid token". Here is another thing - if this freshly registered visitor goes to a homepage, it seems as if he's just signed out and he must logg in again, but when he refreshes the page, it seems as if he is logged in again. I am wondering why is this happening and how to get rid of this bug? I've already tried to uncheck the radio button in the BO/Preferences - Increase Front Office Security and set it to "No", but this probably means that my customers security is not high enough. What would you suggest in this case - to set the FOSecurity to Yes or No? Thank you, Nina

Hi! I would like to ask for your help - when someone successfully registers to my e-store, he is first redirected to Customer Account Page, which is all right. But, when he or she clicks on the logo of the the e-store on the left above, to go to the homepage of the e-store, this message appears in the small pop-up window: "Invalid token". Then this "Invalid token" message must be manually closed in order to be able to browse through the store. What is more, this message also appears each time the customer clicks on the homepage logo and after he closes this message; it seems as if he would not be registered (logged in) at all (My account module disappears). If he then clicks on some category or product, it seems as if he is logged in again (My account module appears again). The message also appears when he or she tries to add a product from the Homefeatured module to the cart. It does not appear, however, when he opens the speciffic page of the product and only then adds the product to the cart. But it seems that after a couple of days, when this customer returns to the e-store, the message stops showing. It is, however, really annoying for the first time visitor and registered customer to see this message, because it distracts him/her from purchasing the products. Does anyone know how to stop this message "Invalid token" from showing up over an over again when the customer clicks on the homepage logo or when a new visitor creates a new account? Thank you!
