For example, adding a discount of 15% creates a discount of 85% for the customer in that group. So, to get the discount of 15%, I must create the discount at 85%. PiotreX Posted March 20, 2014 Share Posted March 20, 2014 Expariencing the same problem. This is connected to logged in customers using group discounts for me. not products that are on sale. A fix that works is to change the percentage to the reverse. If you want 10% then change the discount to 90%. Bloody strange to say the least.
