Nella pratica ho notato anche io che bisogna convalidare la sincronizzazione per ogni articolo, ma non si finisce più. Forse sarebbe stato meglio l'altro modulo... Sai il codice EAN è un codice unico di un prodotto (acquistato e registrato) ed è probabile che i codici EAN di cui disponi non sono veramente i codici di quel prodotto. Per intenderci: un iphone di un certo tipo ha solo un unico codice EAN. Se metti in vendita un iphon con un altro codice EAN allora ti appare ciò che è veramente quel codice EAN. Mi sono spiegato? Quando importo un ordine da amazon va tutto bene, ma nel momento in cui vado ad aprire il medesimo ordine mi ritrovo dei prodotti in più all'interno dell'acquisto cliente. Ad esempio: un cliente ha acquistato 2 prodotti, ma quando entro nella scheda dell'acquisto risulta avere 4 prodotti.Da cosa può dipendere questo? Sto andando al manicomio... merkury.it Posted April 16, 2014 Share Posted April 16, 2014 (edited) mmmm Salve, intervengo per farle capire che molte volte i problemi dipendono dal proporio sito e dalle configurazioni del proprio prestashop, quindi NON DAL MODULO AMAZON. Sono hanni che uso prestashop e ti posso assicurare che questo modulo è uno dei migliori in circolazione, sia per usare amazon, sia per come modulo in se. Riesco a gestire oltre 11mila prodotti, sia in Italia che all'estero. Il modulo è veramente fatto bene, preciso e in continuo aggiornamento. Tutte le caratteristiche del modulo funzionano benissimo, se si imposta tutto correttamente seguendo la guida. L'assistenza di Oliver (lo sviluppatore) poi è veramente tempestiva e cordiale. Anche io ho avuto difficoltà all'inizio, ma successivamente ho capito che i problemi erano dipesi dal mio sito/configurazioni e NON DAL MODULUO AMAZON. Fidati, questi sono i migliori soldi spesi in un modulo prestashop. fableve75 Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 Scusate l'intromissione, un paio di domande visto che anche io sto valutando questo modulo: 1) ho prodotti con molte configurazioni (scarpe; taglia, altezza tacco, cuscinetto plantare) mentre vedo che amazon gestisce solo una configurazione per le scarpe, ossia la taglia: come funziona in questo caso? Nelle specifiche dice che gestisce le varianti ma il supporto Amazon non ne è convinto. 2) Nessuno di voi ha provato neteven?
