Prestashop 1.5.6.2 reset positions to default

Hi

 

is there a way to restore modules to default position, i upgraded prestashop from 1.3 to 1.5 and i want to use default theme,

now i'am looking for an sql query or something that help me to do that plz

i used this solution and worked for 1.5.6.2
 
1-download latest version of prestashop
-installed fresh prestashop in my localhost
2-using theme installer module, i exported default theme
3-in my current shop i used theme installer module to import theme, 
 
that's it
