JDub1337
Hey everyone, I am looking for a bit of help. I had a customer place an order and the shipping total and total price of the order were incorrect. We have since changed them in our payment and delivery system but in the BO of Prestashop it is still in there with the incorrect amount. How would I go about manually changing what the order total is so that it correctly displays both in the BO and the customers order history? I have searched without being able to find anything. Not sure if this is something that needs to be edited in the database or where, but I would like to fix it as the customer asked about it. Looks bad that way plus my quarterly sales are not accurate now because of this. Thanks in advance! JDub

JDub1337
I have had another order that ended up wrong in the BO for the final pricing and I really need to adjust the total according to what was billed. Thank you! JDub
JDub1337
Does anyone have any input on how to accomplish this? This should not be something that was left out of PS as not every order coming is will be as it was submitted (read: credit card surcharges, shipping changes, etc). Anyone have any input or am I on an island all by myself here? JDub
