denise17
Hi everyone, As my first Prestashop job, I've got to upgrade a 1.2.5.0 ps to a newer and more efficient version of prestashop. Considering this [Manual Upgrade] post, I chose to upgrade first to 1.5.3.1. before upgrading to current version. Here's how it went: 1st reaction: Yeah! XML upgrade script says it worked! 2nd reaction: S**t! My new backoffice's weird. Indeed! Compared to a brand new install of 1.5.3.1., my Dinausor-turned-1.5 ps' backoffice is not complete : some drop-down menus don't have all the pages they should have. Modules' drop-down menu for example only has 2 pages (Catalog & payment) instead of 4 in the brand-new install. When I try access a missing page from URL (in this case, index.php?controller=AdminModules or index.php?controller=AdminModulesPositions) I get this message : "! Access Denied". Does anyone have an idea where my issue could come from? Thanks in advance for your help, Denise

denise17
Dear Dh42, Thank you for your message. Which values do you need? Table starts with... id_employee | id_profile | id_lang | lastname | firstname | email | passwd | last_passwd_gen | stats_date_from | stats_date_to bo_color ...etc Edited February 12, 2014 by denise17 (see edit history)

denise17
Dear Dh42, Thank you so much! I didn't have access to the administrator / id_profile=1 profile from the beginning (though I was using it already). I was able to switch the id_profile=1 to the account I'm using - and now I get a full backoffice like I should. Again, thanks so much. Have a great day! denise
