Dudace Posted February 10, 2014 Share Posted February 10, 2014 When adding 2 vouchers in the cart (total vouchers value higher than the order + shipping) the total to pay by the customer gets to ZERO. This is abnormal in 2 ways: the vouchers shall not cover the shipping cost as defined in the price rules (this is not an available setting); the system only uses from the vouchers the amount necessary to cover the products from the cart; this way the shipping cost is not covered in any way.
