Account Creation Page - Problem with newsletter box

Good Afternoon,

I have a problem with my prestashop versione 1.5.6.1

Well, in the account creation page, below the requested info like surname name etc, I have 2 checkbox. One is the request for newsletter and one is the request for receveing information from partners.

Well if a new customers does not flag the button newsletter, the account cannot be created and the page is reloaded asking to check the newsletter field.

I would like to let the customer the possibility to choose if register to the newsletter or not but i cannot disable that funcion.

I tried to unistall the newsletter module or to delete the newsletter field from the authetication.tpl file, but also if the checkbox is not displayed, I continue to have this request on the page.

Anyone could help me in removing this request of checking this box?

it's definitely not default behaviour.

I have tried to disable all email modules, but that didn`t help..
