larscpedersen Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 Hi I am using Prestashop 1.5.5.0 and have an issue when costumers are making big orders (in terms of products) which needs an pdf generated invoice with 2 or more pages. I get the message when I try to open the invoice: "There was an error opening this document. Acrobat cannot open this file because a task is still active in Acrobat. Please return to Acrobat and end the task before opening this file." I have attached the invoice generated so you can see that it does not include all products and neither the total sum up. larscpedersen Posted February 28, 2014 Author Share Posted February 28, 2014 Hi GregAt first I thought it solved the problem since I Thursday created a new costumer who ordered stuff which created a 2 page invoice BUT today an old costumer made a reorder which should create a 2 page invoice and for this costumer it is still the same problem.
