mytheory. Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 Hi, I've been having this issue and wanted to see if anybody else has experienced it. To offer more details, I am currently on PS v1.5.4.1. When we run a script in the backoffice, and it times out or gets stuck it eventually redirects to a 404 page on the front end. The page that appears is a 404 page, but its a 404 page designed for the front end / customers. From what I can remember, other versions of PS would lead to a blank page or 500 error page if a script or module timed out while in the back office. Is anybody else getting redirected from the backoffice to a frontoffice 404 page not found error page? Also, any fixes to this? I assume its due to a timeout setting, but I haven't been able to find a solution that works. Scripts that take longer (ie. large database backup) usually redirects to this 404 page, and the script does not complete. Any advice? Thanks!
