Link depending on language?

Ive customized my block cart and when I added a second language today I noticed the link goes to my primary language only.

Is it possible with some easy code to have (just an example):
If language = english then > < a href ="checkout.html"> 

if language = german then > <a href ="varenkorb,html">

 

So the link changes depending on wich language you choose?

Hope you understand what Im trying to accomplish, any help would be appriciated

Solved it by myself finally, posting solution for anyone that might need in future:
