leecharles Posted January 21, 2014 Share Posted January 21, 2014 Hi Everyone, I have spent a week getting to grips with Prestashop and have followed various tutorials and I am learning fast. Need some help however- I have just about mastered CSV import but for some reason when I import it does not bring across the price. I put the price in the Price Tax included column I put 1 in Tax rules as this is the I/d for uk 20% tax. I have the value 1 in the Show price column. I have checked back office is not in catalogue mode so what am I doing wrong? Im sure its something simple? NemoPS Posted January 22, 2014 Share Posted January 22, 2014 Have you tried setting the same value for the tax excluded price column and see what happens? In my csv file the price was £9.99 I removed the "£" and just left the numbers, all is well and this issue is Solved! PS your 101 tutorials are what I am learning from and they are brilliant!
