[SOLVED] Modified contact form within CMS not sending message, why?

as this thread showed, we followed the instruction there, trying to set up a modified contact form within CMS. and we were successful in setting it up.

 

and the form looks good within the CMS page.

but the problem is,  that the message sending is not working.

 

any clues, what we have done wrong?

what code you use to send email? you showed there weirdy code with action="" to themes directory

the crucial part is the action="../themes/default/repair_form_send.php".

the two .. in the link was vital.

that was the problem.
