accepting customer payment question

so one of my clients is kinda small and their product is made to order. their current method for accepting payments is that they will take a customer's order and payment info (cc number and stuff) over the phone or via email and will not charge them until the order is ready to go. 

they manually enter the customer's address and payment info into quickbooks.

 

what they want on the new website is for the customer to be able to put in their payment info while checking out and for prestashop to send the order with the payment info in an email. the accounting lady will put the order into quickbooks and process the payment once everything's boxed up and ready to go. 

 

is there a module that will do something like this? everything i'm seeing wants to charge the customer at check out rather than take their info and allow my client to charge them when they are ready.
