The 5 columns in the footer are enabled/disabled/configured via the following modules: Categories block CMS block My account block for your website's footer Social networking block Block contact info Be aware though that not all of the items in the INFORMATION column are configurable via the CMS block - you may need to make changes to the template file blockcms.tpl (which is a bit poor tbh).
