How to remove quantity in the product page?

Hi,

 

I would like to remove the quantity display on the product page.  Due to the nature of my client's business (he sells one of a kind antiques), most of the time, he has only one of each item in stock for sale.

Are you using the default theme or a custom theme? If it is a custom theme, link me to the site and I will give you the css to hide it.

I'm using a custom theme.  But it's a copy of the default theme.  The site's URL is http://www.classicantiquesphl.com

In that case in the back office go to Preferences >> Products and disable display product quantities.

i can't find this option in BO, are you 100% sure that there is an option to disable quantity field?
