"Tags block" separates 2-word tags as tho they are 2 seperate tags

I see individual words in a two-word tag become separated by a large space to full-justify each line of the tags display block.

 

Is there no way to, say, insert a hard-space inbetween words of a tag (for example) to keep them together so when looking at the tags the words of such tags do not look unrelated to each other until you highlight them?

 

"Wood frame" comes out looking like "Wood      frame"...  No Good!

I used "Wood-frame" which keeps them together but it doesn't look good.  I'd settle for an underscore instead of a dash but that's not allowed!
