Fatal Error on home page?

Hello,

This time i will put some questions in detail hope i will get the answer in a pretty way and my problems will get solved to make the site live. Need your coperations. 

I am using prestashop 1.4.2.5 and a premium template by template monster. 

please see the attached screenshot.

1. i want to create new pages for my site and want to put them after Home with drop down option like after Home i want to put
Services
1.Home Delivery
2.Office Delivery
3.Restaurant Delivery

 

(I have created a category services and then added pages and attached them to services category but it didnt show up)

2. I am seeing a Fatal error: "no default carrier" on home page

3. cart page also gives Fatal error: "no default carrier"

4. My site is no transaction site as we are working on cash on delivery process i have installed this module and enabled it but its not working as i mentioned the errors above.

5. How to show new pages in footer links

6. i want to put facebook like box in the right side of the bottom in footer?

7. How to edit copyright link as in the tmfooterlinks.tpl i can see this code
