Kyle88 Posted December 11, 2013 Share Posted December 11, 2013 I went to =>catalog=>products=>edit=>product price=>tax rules=>create I thought I I had changed the CA sales tax rate to 8.00%, but all I had actually done was change the rate in the name field, which left the rate still calculating at 8.25%. How do I globally reset the tax rate for all purchase made in CA, from 8.25% to 8.00% ? I'm very anxious to solve this issue because it's the only thing preventing me taking the website live. tdr170 Posted December 11, 2013 Share Posted December 11, 2013 Check again I did this in my BO as a test and went exactly as expected see pics below: Can you show a screen shot of the Cali tax rate form localization, Taxes. I think you missed something.
