iown Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 Prestashop 1.5.6.0 Please help When an item is added to cart it shows in the cart but when you click to go to checkout the cart is empty. I have read the forum and followed all suggestions. I have changed to friendly urls I have deleted the .htaccess file I have added the www prefix and rebuilt the htaccess file I have changed back from friendly urls I have changed to blowfish I have tried the default theme I have uninstalled reinstalled the cart I have upgraded to 1.5.6.1 this did not solve the problem so I rolled back to avoid the extra work. The shop domain and the SSL domain are the same "sydney4x4accessories.com" Currently friendly url is off Shop address http://sydney4x4accessories.com/index.php Many thanks Keith Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PrestaHeroes USA Posted December 2, 2013 Share Posted December 2, 2013 ave maria...I hate these posts... it's odd because most often when the cart acts like this one can not register, or once logged in gets logged out...that is not the case with your shop. there is no apparent cookie issue have you tried considered (or already done so) reverting to the default template?
