Can't See Payment or Modules in Back Office

Hey there, I'm running a pre-configured version of PrestaShop for a affiliate webstore that I've got setup, but I'm unable to see any of the payment options or modules at all in the back office.  The errors that I am getting are:

Notice: Constant UNFRIENDLY_ERROR already defined in /home2/transja5/public_html/edenstore/classes/Module.php(323) : eval()'d code on line 2

Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home2/transja5/public_html/edenstore/classes/Module.php(323) : eval()'d code on line 325

Like I said, it's pre-configured, so I'm running 1.3.2.3 and have been told that the module won't work correctly if I update to a higher version.  I've attached my Module.php file from the classes folder.

you use some non default payment module? 

i think that problem is with some of your payment modules, not in prestashop core.
