PrestaHeroes USA Posted November 27, 2013 Share Posted November 27, 2013 as per error message, PrestaShop can not create files in your shop 'root' directory. You should contact your hosting company. Many times this is due to host creating your root directory with different 'owner' than your url name (minus the www). for example, I create your directory as user elpatron. This makes elpatron the owner for read/write/execute. This in fact should the main domain shop url without the www. Hope that helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
