Understood! Well I had a chance to check the site and in my opinion the problem is not x-cart - the problem is not enough traffic. Compare with http://emodels.co.uk/ - this site sales alot online because it has alot of traffic. I do agree that site might be better in terms of design, backend - the only question is if it make sense to focus on that right now. We can for sure give you estimate - are you 100% focus on prestashop? Do you have list of features that you have right now? May be we can discuss that over email? As i have enough experience with prestashop < 3+ years and going on >, have the knowledge of modification of core files according to the needs. I have moved many sites to prestashop such as from shopify, bigcommerce and others Also i am a full time experienced seo, so there won't be any issue to point, host or move domain related things.
