need help how to add custom price to cart and order

Good day,

 

I have been working this site  http://koshersupercenter.ca/11koshersc/index.php?id_product=10255&controller=product

 

this is the product page, as you can see there is a radio button there, that gives you an option if you want to buy the product either per piece or per pound .

 

what I want to achieve is, if I click the per piece radio button,  the corresponding price and calculation will go and appear on cart and order, also the same goes to per pound,

 

please anyone guide me on how to achieve this functionality,

Your link is not working i wish you fixed the issue you faced with custom price.
