Referral Program CSS

Hi,

 

I'm trying to edit the module's css but it doesn't seem to come with a css sheet.

 

On the other hand, in the global.css there's a small section with this code

but the changes I make there don't take any effect in the referral program page.

 

Here is the referral tpl file code, where I guess I'll have to add something to associate with the code in global.css

My question is what do I have to put in there to make these edits in the global.css to take effect?
