I made my web www.amatista.com.es and it was perfect until I installed a template, I disassembled everything. After a week trying to fix it, I mess it up more. I wanted to export all products and categories and start over. I can not do it. I removed all the web site with ftp and after I uploaded one old,version that has allowed to see the web for a while but it had too many redirections. I cant see it. I think that the MYSQL it is damaged. I can make a new one with the products and categories, we have 550 references well documented for SEO. My site worked perfectly, until: I put a transport gateway,pdated and added a new template to the French forum. Then everything disappeared. I could not turn the page and went I download all site with FTP. I went back upload a copy from my PC and started the problems, some template things were left in the MSQL database. I upload and download many times, with different version of copys..The sistem had a error: too many redirects until they stopped watching. Thanks to this forum mate has solved everything.
