Hedera Posted November 10, 2013 Share Posted November 10, 2013 Hi, I need a fast help. I am facing a HUGE PROBLEM. Eg 1) When I order product A, my order in Back Office shows product A and B. Eg 2) When I order product C which is on a discont, I end up with product C with regular price adn product C with discounted price in my order (BO). How to fix it? I am on the age to use Prestashop or Shopify. This bugs does not help. I am using 1.5.6.0. with prduct atrributes. Thank you for your help! vekia Posted November 10, 2013 Share Posted November 10, 2013 it's hard to say what's going on there without an access to database, back office and files. you use some non default modules? I did add a code to delete orders in BO. Now I removed it and clead my database (orders, orders_detail) but problem is still here. Please help. Thank you. But it happend with one of my NEW clients. Client put in to the cart "product x" without registration and surf inside the site and added another product "product Y", then he registered and followed the cart steps deleting the "product x". At last he payed only "product y", everything was ok, but mercent recieve order confirmation with "product x" and "product y". The total is calculated for "product y" only with relative shipping cost. finally mercent face to huge confuse to which product have to deliver, Fortunetly paypal guide me to find the correct order. At this point i have to clean db tables everytime ?
