'SmartyException' with message 'Missing template name'

Why do I get this error when I try to see the invoice and/or choose "payment accepted" for an order? Really need some help with this. :/

it looks like your invoice template file (.tpl) doesn't exist.

can you check it please? (if this file exists)

PDF.php is in public_html/classes/pdf/PDF.php and invoice.tpl is in public_html/override/pdf

Your template may have got deleted

As told it's only happening on mobile devices while on PC and tablets everything is nice.

I had the same problem, everything happened when I modified the variable name inside a module that was already installed. The solution was to place the original name.

 

I hope someone will help you with my answer.
