[SOLVED] How to set up the web tracking code from Google Analytics

Hi,

 

managed to set up basic shop without using HTML but want to use Google Analytics so have to copy and paste a tracking code into every web page.  Help please!

back office-->modules-->(search box) type ganal

this should show you

click that, install and configure with your analytics id

 

This will pull the proper analtyics code into your pages

Thanks, I have done that, entered my UA username and it says settings updated.  So that's it? Just need to follow the instructions on the rest of the page to enable e-commerce reporting?

yes, just follow the instructions.

 

Then log into your g analytics account to review your visits.  You can check that you ua id is in your pages by visiting your shop, rick click-->view source-->search for your ua id

 

there you will see the actual analytics code inserted.
