Advanced Stock Management

Hi all,

 

I have one shop and one wharehouse, products are all defined with "use advanced stock management"and I face issues with advanced stock management.

 

When I create an order from frontoffice, once I validate the order as delivered or os in the back-office, the quantity, which had been changed when I confirm the order FO goes back to the start point so no change on stock.

 

Other issue: my client points that they have out of stocks alerts on products which are actually available in stock.

 

So I am wondering if they are some requirements I forgot to use advanced stock management ? Wich delivery statuts (suppliers and clients) should I use to be sure this feature works well ?

advanced stock management has a lot of problems. It's better not to use it. File a bug report and pray that someone will look into it.
