How to skip payment step ?

Hello, I am using ps 1.5.6.0 and i have only one payment method. Because there is no point to choose the only one existing payment method, i want that after user clicks Next in address step he goes directly to my payment method.

I already read for this solution here but may be tutorial is for presta 1.4 i can`t see row 29 (like tutorial) to have something with redirect to payment or modules.

 

How to make this possible for cashondelivery module? Step 3 to stay but redirect directly to step after confirmation when click on Cash on Delivery in step 3 or to instead to shop cash on delivery module text to shop confirm button?
