USPS Integrated but No Carriers available on Front End?

I have integrated my USPS module, however now I go to test on the front end, and no matter what address I select, there is no carrier available. I have tried updating the carriers to no avail. Could someone please advise me as to what to do to get a carrier recognized? I have looked through the shipping and carrier tabs and it appears that USPS is enabled. Is there something i may not be doing? 

Could someone maybe give me a walkthrough on how to get this USPS Carrier active? 

 

*It was active before the update. I have experienced a huge amount of trouble since updating, and reverting did not fix any of the issues.
