Selama proses install berjalan lancar.Tetapi saat saya mencoba login sebagai member pembeli dan mencoba membeli barang, saat cashout pada step ke Shipping mengalami error seperti ini : 1. invalid carrier or no carrier selectedMohon pencerahannya jika ada rekan yang pernah mengalami hal sama seperti saya.Terimakasih. Gue juga pernah mengalami hal seperti ini, waktu pertama kali install prestashop. Dah dicoba belum langkah yang diberikan arvernester?, biasanya hanya karena belum ada carrier yang bisa delivery ke zone yang dipilih oleh customer pada saat registrasi. ung ung Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 saya juga nih, baru-baru instal presta.setelah saya coba jadi pembeli dan mengisi form alamat yang berlokasi di country Indonesia selalu saja hasilnya error "tidak ada pengirim"tapi pas saya ganti alamat misal country saya di france tiba-tiba semua berjalan lancar dengan carrier yaitu carrier default bawaan dari si presta.lalu saya ganti alamat lagi menggunakan negara asia lainnya, hasilnya sama saja seperti negara indonesia.saya sudah cek zones dan sudah di centang baik di carriers maupun di zones-nya sendiri.. tapi hasilnya "tidak ada penggirim"saya coba bikin carriers sendiri dengan zones saya centang semua, tapi kok nggak muncul sih alias nggak ngefek sama sekali!!so gimana nih master presta!saya pakai presta versi 1.2.5.0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ardian Yuli Setyanto Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 Syarat agar masalah di atas tidak muncul:- Carrier yang available di zone negara pendaftar (centang zone suatu negara saat membuat carrier)- Negara yang dipakai saat mendaftar harus memiliki state (cek contain state saat membuat negara, tentunya harus dibuatkan state yang menginduk ke negara ini)- Pembeli harus mendaftar dengan alamat negara yang memiliki state di atas.Semoga berhasil. 'cause you have been yet ma a new carrier .. go to back office / shipping / carrier find text bellow and follow this instruction Click "Add new". Fill in the fields and click "Save". You need to decide on a price range or a weight range for which the new carrier will be available. Under the "Shipping" tab, click either "Price Ranges" or "Weight Ranges". Click "Add new". Select the name of the carrier and define the price range or the weight range. For example the carrier can be made available for a weight range between 0 and 5lbs, and another carrier can have a range between 5 and 10lbs. When you are done, click "Save". Click on the "Shipping" tab. You need to set the fees that will be applied for this carrier. At the bottom on the page, in the "Fees" section, select the name of the carrier. Klik SAVE Carrier options: Default, pilih Pos Indonesia Kelola Price Range Tab Shipping / Price Range klik Add a new Carrier: Pilih Pos Indonesia ( scrol mouse ke bawah ) From: 30000 ( jangan pakai koma atau titik ) To: 50000 Klik Save Selanjutnya Anda perlu mengatur biaya yang akan diterapkan untuk operator ini. Di bagian bawah pada halaman, di bagian "Biaya", pilih nama dari carrier. Caranya klik Tab Shipping, isi Handling charge = 30000, free shipping = 2000000 ( ini misal yaa ) lalu klik save.
