Installing Prestashop Issue

Hi, you got a great product...but the problem is really really hard to install it for newbie like me. At the stage:

1. System Configuration stage always a huge problem and I tried and followed the instruction as given but always got this message "Database Server is not found. Please verify the login, password and server fields (DbPDO)"
2. Database server address: (IP address took from my cPanel) please solve it
3. Database name: u219989655_shope ( same as my Database MySQL)
4. Database login: u219989655_admin ( same as my User MySQL)
5. Database password: ************* (same as my password to setup MySQL)
6. Tables prefix: ps_
7. Additional Info : my hosting www.hostinger.my and I got own cPanel. My TeamViewer ID 161 834 147
8. Please reply as soon as possible
